Mr. Belal Ahmed is the Founder and Chairman of Dynamic Group, having established the business in the early 1980s. With a vision rooted in entrepreneurship, innovation, and national development, he has played a pioneering role in Bangladesh's travel and aviation, ready-made garments, and manpower industries.

Under his leadership, Dynamic Group has evolved from its humble beginnings into a diversified business conglomerate, contributing to the country's economic growth and international commercial presence. His commitment to national development is reflected in the Group's enduring slogan, “Helping to Build the Nation.”

In recognition of his significant contributions to the aviation and travel industry, Mr. Ahmed has received Best Travel Agent awards from several international airlines. Beyond his business achievements, he has maintained an active presence in prominent social and professional institutions. He is an Honorary Board Member of the Defence Officers Housing Society, has served as Vice-Convenor of Banani DOHS, and is a Life Member of Kurmitola Golf Club and Dhaka Boat Club Limited.
